Equestrian Ministries International is an organization of believers in Christ who share an interest in horses and wish to be involved in a ministry utilizing horses. Equestrian Ministries International began in 1995. A small group of horsemen felt a burden from the Lord to share the Gospel with the horse community that would unite Christian horse people across the nation and around the world. EMI is nondenominational and incorporates the broad spectrum of disciplines within the equine community. Equestrian Ministries International has chapters across the United States and Europe. At present, South Carolina Equestrian Ministries has seven fellowships (regional groups). Please contact us and become involved with a ministry serving God in the horse community. As a member of any of these fellowships you can enjoy Christian fellowship with other equestrians who are serious about sharing God's love. We are involved in trail rides, clinics, parades, and outreach. We also offer training to help you be prepared to share your faith at equestrian events. Through this training, you learn to: minister at a campground, whether you ride horses or not; witness and minister at rodeos, races, and horse shows; build counseling relationships; or serve as a chaplain at your local stable.
